1. Software license

AnitaPanel is licensed, not sold. A valid license permits installation and use on the number of server activations specified by your plan. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the software without written permission.

2. Your server

AnitaPanel is installed on infrastructure you control. You are responsible for server security, backups, DNS configuration, content and compliance with applicable laws. The panel performs privileged operations at your direction.

3. Licensing and activation

Each installation binds to a server instance. The panel periodically validates its license with anitapanel.com. License evasion, tampering with signed manifests or sharing license keys outside your organization may result in revocation.

4. Updates

Updates are provided on a best-effort basis. Signed releases are designed to verify authenticity and roll back on failure, but you are responsible for maintaining independent backups before updating.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle. Trial licenses are provided for evaluation. Refund requests are handled according to the policy presented at checkout or in your invoice terms.

6. Availability

The central licensing and update service aims to remain available but is not guaranteed uninterrupted. Cached signed tokens allow installed panels to continue operating during short outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnitaPanel is provided “as is” without warranties. The operators are not liable for data loss, downtime, lost revenue or damages resulting from server misuse or failure to maintain backups.
